Implications of the coronavirus (COVID-19)

Every corner of the US Province of the Priests of the Sacred Heart (Dehonians) is seeking ways to adapt to the implications of COVID-19. Our schools are physically closed with many converting to online education (including Sacred Heart Seminary and School of Theology), liturgies are streamed online, social services are adapted to assist those in need while still maintaining safety protocols, support staff are working from home. For safety reasons, our Provincialate, as well as many other offices in the United States, are maintaining their services with the smallest number of staff possible. In Wisconsin, the governor has issued a “Safe in Place” order that drastically limits who can leave their home and why. This will be in place at least until April 24. HOWEVER, staff are checking both phone and email messages and trying to respond to requests as soon as possible.
