Mission Statement
To form spiritually grounded leaders who embody the Dehonian spirit of love and reconciliation.
Program Commitment
LEAD highlights the Provincial Council’s commitment to offer this opportunity that recognizes the value of leaders and the essential role of education in social and ecclesial renewal. LEAD is open to SCJs and laity working in our apostolates. LEAD is also temporarily serving the function of Mission Education.
Leadership Journey
Throughout the LEAD journey, participants will move along the components of the Dehonian Leadership Roadmap, deepening their leadership identity through love, openness, unity, mission and service to God’s reign.
